Online course orientation
Before logging on to class for the first time, you will visit BlackboardTM, the Web-based system you will use to take your class. During your online orientation, you will practice all of the processes, including checking into class, downloading a lesson, posting on the discussion board and taking an online exam, that you will need to succeed as a distance-learning student.

Online degree programs at UCC are designed to build learning communities. BlackboardTM provides a secure place to communicate using your Utah Career College e-mail, instant messaging and discussion boards. If you have a question for your instructor, want to work out a problem with a classmate, or just want to chat, you will have the tools to do so.
